- We are a smoke free facility. All Rooms are Non-Smoking, and there is no smoking permitted on the property.

RATES:
- Rates apply to advance reservations only.
- Rates do not apply to Conventions.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT:
- A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Balance due in full at check-in.
- Deposits are credited to last days of period reserved.
- Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
- We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
- For all payment types, please add 13.625% tax to published rates to determine total cost
(NJ Sales Tax 6.625%, NJ Occupancy Tax 3.85%, Local CC tax 3.15% ).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If notified 30 days in advance of arrival date, your deposit is refundable with a 25% service charge on first night's deposit.
- No refunds on unused days, early check outs, or no shows.
- No refunds for inclement weather.
- Minimum check-in age is 25 unless traveling with family. Misrepresentation of age and number of guests voids reservation
with no refund given.
- This property is privately owned and its management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
